Meet The Team

Claire Lockey

Founder & Tutor

Claire is the founder of The Skills Blueprint Ltd and, is a visionary leader with a passion for equipping individuals with the skills they need to thrive. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Claire is dedicated to driving impactful learning experiences and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

Claire has 15 years of experience in skills training, employability, and personal development. She started her first business 2017 and in 2023 formed her second company, The Skills Blueprint Ltd. Prior to that, Claire worked in the Careers, training and employability sector.

Claire has a life-first ethos when it comes to her businesses. So, one of her biggest passions is supporting businesses to learn how to earn more and work less by strategically optimising, leveraging and monetising their skills successfully.

A lifelong learner, Claire has a thirst for knowledge and always has a book recommendation for you. Her training combines theory with real-life experience and application by blending strategy with creativity.

You'll find Claire spending time with her family outside of work, travelling as much as possible, doing Harry Potter Lego or reading fantasy fiction books.

Alicia De Lange

Business Development & Marketing Assistant

Alicia joined The Skills Blueprint in September 2024 and is an integral part of the team. Having had several businesses herself, Alicia understands the world of entrepreneurship and is a valuable support to our learners (and, keeping Claire grounded whilst supporting her to bring vision to life!)

Alicia takes care of all our administration, ensuring learners have all they need to get the most from our programmes. She also supports Claire with marketing, business development and networking across Lincolnshire.

Outside of work, you'll find Alicia spending time with her family, walking Basil the dog and ice-skating when she can (she's a qualified ice-skating teacher!).
